The reason for this Blog is to keep an account of our travels
Background: I was born in Ireland, but immigrated to Australia, I have always loved the Australian life style and weather. 20 years ago my husband Martin and I did an amazing 18 months trip around Australia, we enjoyed the travelling so much we decided we should take off again and did so for 2 and half years form April 2016 to October 2018.
It is now June 2023 and we are ready to go again, this time we have no time limit, we will continue travelling until we are tired of it. We have yet again resigned from are jobs and are once again Fun employed. This trip is all about experiencing countries we have not been to before. So lets get moving.

We both resigned from our jobs on the 31/03/2016. Our Plan was to visit South America, Europe, Canada, Africa, USA, Scandinavia. The Arctic and the Antarctic.
We had the most wonderful time and feel a real sense of achievement and satisfaction. We could never have hoped that our trip could go so well, all of our expectations were surpassed. We managed to visit all the places we wanted plus more, we have seen and done so many amazing things. For those of you who, like me, love number below are some stats from our trip.
